James Garner is recovering at home after a stroke. The minor stroke led to him being put in Intensive Care for 3 weeks.
Family & friends say he is recovering well but will need physical and speech therapy.

A group that believes veteran actor James Garner is larger than life wants to erect a statue in his honor that will stand taller than his true height. Organizers are raising money to build a James Garner Commemorative Plaza and install a 10-foot statue of the star in his hometown of Norman, Okla., reports the AP.
